Sleep Disturbances or Sleep Disorder

Mental Health Resources are designed to be facilitated by licensed Master or above clinicians.

This page presents specific resources for residents who present with sleep disturbances or diagnosed sleep disorder.   Competency Checklists may be used to document outcomes.  NOTE: The resources below may be helpful with residents who complain of insomnia or other sleep disturbances, especially as an alternative– or prerequisite-- to the prescription of sleep aids.
