Site License for A New Freedom and/or Phoenix
Curriculum
This is a license for use of A New Freedom and Phoenix program
resources. A New Freedom and The
Phoenix Curriculum are copyrighted, produced, published, and sold
exclusively by A. R. Phoenix Resources,
Inc.. Upon receipt of materials, the Indian River
JCF,
Cuyahoga JCF, Scioto JCF, Circleville
JCF, and Ohio River Valley JCF are granted a license for
the following
materials: Disk with files for the
facilities listed above.
The purchasing institution, school, school district or agency is
constrained to the following terms of license and
use:
- A. R. Phoenix Resources, Inc. grants the right to allow
counselors
employed by the institution, facility,
or agency to reproduce the client workbook materials solely for
distribution to the participants in the
treatment programs at the specific location purchasing the materials.
In making copies, staff shall ensure
that no copyright or other notices of A. R. Phoenix Resources, Inc. are
deleted.
- A. R. Phoenix Resources, Inc. reserves title to all
materials under
this agreement, and reserves all rights,
with the exception of the right to copy and distribute as noted above.
No portion of these materials
may be reproduced in any manner or distributed without the specific
prior written permission of A. R.
Phoenix Resources, Inc.. Violation of these terms may constitute
copyright infringement, subject to civil
or criminal liability.
- Should staff employed by the institution or facility leave
their
position, the institution or facility will retain
possession of all materials supplied under this license, including
client workbooks, client materials,
counselor materials and supplementary resources. The institution or
facility may not transfer or resell
any materials provided under this license.
- The institution or facility has full responsibility for
proper
administration of these materials and will
comply with any legal requirements to protect clients, participants,
counselors, or the public.
- These materials are not to be released to any outside
parties
including requests from the Federal
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Should you or your organization be
party to a request from the
FOIA, please contact us and we will prepare an abstract for release.
These materials are exempt from
FOIA because release would do substantial harm to our ability to market
these materials.
- The school, school district, institution or facility has
full
responsibility for proper administration of these
materials and will comply with any legal requirements to protect
students, clients, participants,
counselors, or the public. This material is provided with no warranty
concerning outcomes or use in
a treatment program. This disclaimer applies to all applications of
these resources.
- These terms will also apply to any additional materials
which may be
supplied by A. R. Phoenix
Resources, Inc. to update, supplement, or enhance these materials and
which are identified by name with
the A New Freedom program or as a product of A. R. Phoenix Resources,
Inc. We are a sole source
provider.

All program materials located on this CD are made available
under site license above. These materials may not be re-sold or
modified without written permission from A. R. Phoenix Resources, Inc.

non-public intranet servers for use by the organization that received
the right to use this material ("licensee"). Use of this material
